About GERALDO

HI WORLD MY NAME IS GERALDO. I am 8 years old, and am starting over it seems. I am an adorable Chiweenie with short little legs and a huge personality. Ya see my former owner passed away, and I was found in the house after 3 days, all alone and scared. My extended family didn't want me, so lucky for me I got me into a wonderful rescue to help. My former owner loved to feed me, so I was really overweight I was told. Yeah I get it, it was hard to walk and breathe, and I used to just lay around all day. Now I am on a diet with my new foster mom, and I can get up easier, and yep she actually takes me for short walks. We are building up to longer ones, but I do like to run in the backyard like a puppy sometimes. I love my foster fur brother named Buddy is a rescue fear dog, we are best buds. He showed me the ropes, and my sister fur dog named Corey, well she is the boss. I have such great manners in the house, and I really just love everyone. I would be an awesome companion dog. Even though I am 8 years old, the vet told me I got many more great years to come. I am healthy as a little horse, and after I get my sleek body back - well the sky is the limit.
