About Xander

Xander was surrendered to us by his previous owners because he was abused when he was a puppy, he's had to have surgery on his eye to correct it, he's 11 years old still energetic per usual, it is mine and my mothers fault we never were educated on siberian huskies and what it takes for their car & maintenance, he's dog aggressive except for our 16 yr old maltese, when we first got him he tried to nip at everybody he came in contact with, in time he warmed up to the people that he sees on the daily which is the house members, we have 3-4 other dogs in our home and they've all fought because sometimes they've caught each other in the hallway when xander is being taken in the backyard to relieve himself, he's in his cage all day everyday because the rest of our dogs roam freely, i feel bad because no dog should live like this it's just another form of abuse that we are guilty of, we want him to go to an experienced adopter that knows how to work with him.
