About Toby

Toby presents himself as a refined gentleman. He's very calm and collected. He doesn't need a ton of exercise and is happy with just short walks. He enjoys spending time with people, but he's also just as happy to spend time by himself and make his own fun. He's happy to be independent, but he won't say no to a pet or two! He's great on a leash and knows not to pull, and he takes his treats gently from your hand. After a minute or two to warm up he finds his voice - then you're sure to have a howling good time! With his lower energy level he seems to be all talk and no action. Toby does have some arthritis that causes him to limp, so he really enjoys taking it easy. Toby came into the shelter alongside Lola A047433 after their owner was arrested. Unfortunately, these two sweeties weren't reclaimed, so they're now looking for a new family to love them.
