About Tina

Tina is a sweet, gentle, and playful dog almost 2 years old and weighing 11 pounds. She is a very shy, unique looking Min Pin and Chihuahua mix who is in need of a forever home where she can feel safe and loved once again. Tina has had a rough life already, as it looks like she has suffered some abuse and was left outside Front Street Shelter parking lot when they were closed. She spent over a month in the shelter before being taken into Little Paws Doggie Rescue, but because of her experience she has been very wary of people. With patience and kindness however, she has begun to trust again and it has been wonderful to see her grow in confidence. Tina is a loyal and loving dog who is very food, motivated and agile, and would probably make a great agility dog. She is active and would be a great companion for someone who can give her the attention, love and care she needs, helping her to trust again and providing her with a safe environment to thrive. Tina has a wonderful, playful side and loves to steal socks and shoes, (though she doesn't eat them)! She also loves toys and she hasn't met a toy she doesn't love! One of her favorite things is taking the stuffing out of them. She has adorable cute floppy ears, long legs and a corkscrew tail. Tina loves using the doggy door and is great with steps and ramps too. She is housebroken, pee pad trained, crate trained, microchipped, vaccinated and spayed. She is good with other dogs but we are not sure about cats. Her adoption fee is $500.
