About Red

*POSTING TO HELP FIND NEW HOME* Meet Red! We met this boy this year when we were asked to help get the animals on a property vetted and fixed. Her current owner has decided it is in his and another dog named Fancy's best interest to find a new home or homes. What we know about Red: - Roughly 3 years old - Male (will be neutered) - *Will be UTD on vaccines* - *Will be HW tested* and will come with 6 months' worth of flea tick meds and hw preventative. -*Will be microchipped* - 25-30lbs - Mixed Breed - Currently lives in a home with other dogs and would do best either being adopted with Fancy or adopted to a home where there is another friendly dog. - Has been around cats and has not had any issues. - He is friendly, but can be shy meeting new people at first, but once he knows he can trust you, he warms up quickly - He is very food motivated - In his current home, he is the bottom of the pack. - I don't think he has been around many kids other than those in her neighborhood but there has been no issue. Because he is a little timid, likely would be best in a home with older children. Being very honest here, Red is essentially a neighborhood dog that wandered up to the property of someone who has a heart for animals, just does not have the means to properly take care of them.
