About Bilbo Baggins

Hello. My name is Bilbo and I am 12 years old. I still have lots of life to live and love to give. I was born deaf and I am partially blind in one eye. I startle easily but otherwise, these conditions do not impact my daily life. I have arthritis but Librella shots have been amazing. I lived most of my life outside chained to a box but despite this, I have excellent house manners and I caught on easily to housetraining. I LOVE walks and I absolutely crave affection. I got along with other dogs until I was attacked by one and now I am fearful. I like to chase cats. I am scheduled for neuterin on Nov 7. I really need some stability in a low key, quiet furever home...won't you consider a long term foster home or adoption?
