About LONNIE

Lonnie came to us about 6 weeks ago from a high kill shelter in CA. He had a nasty case of kennel cough and a mild case of dermatitis and has recovered from both. He also had a small lump removed and a dental cleaning when he got neutered. Lonnie walks nicely on a leash, is crate trained and does well with the potty routine with access to a dog door. Lonnie does seem to have some allergies so will likely need some ongoing treatment to ensure he stays happy and healthy. He is very sweet and getting along well in his foster home. He may have some mild vision impairment and early signs of a collapsing trachea but neither require medication at this time. Lonnie is estimated 7-8 years old and is around 11 lbs. He could git into lots of types of homes but would be best without cats or would require some additional work to integrate with feline friends.
