Chandler needs a miracle! We are looking for that special family for Chandler. Our rescue saved him from euthanasia in a rural NC shelter last year. He has been in a foster home and his time is up. The foster lives in a townhouse with no yard and has several dogs herself and works 10 hours a day. Chandler has been in his own room (not crated) for a year. When being walked on a leash, he is reactive to other dogs so he would do best with a fenced yard. Chandler can be aloof and would not be suitable for small children or cats.
