Teddy arrived as a stray after being found in a parking lot. He has a microchip but the owner said he'd rehomed him and that transaction took place in a parking lot. It's sad that Teddy has been tossed around. He is housebroken, well behaved and easy to walk with a leash, although he can be strong. He knows the sit command. He is so lovable and sweet!
