Rescued him from a busy road. Owner connected to microchip was contacted and refused to pick him up. Pablo is goofy and a snuggler. He has been well behaved with my 4 dogs(small,medium,large breeds). I am in the military and moving duty stations so I cannot keep him. I have tried to find a rescue with no luck, due to full capacity. He would make an amazing addition to a loving family. Thank you.
