We rescued Jasper on Oct 14th, after hours and hours of trying to catch him over the weekend. He has been in the care of East Lake hospital and is now up to date on all vaccines. HW negative and needs surgery on a fractured hip. We've already raised money for the surgery and are currently looking for a foster. He is the sweetest dog, docile, smart and would make a great pet. I'm looking for a foster for after he has surgery and that can help socialize him. Given the scars around his neck and head, it's obvious this boy has been through a lot.
