THESE SHEPHERDS ARE WITH THEIR CURRENT SHEPHERD PARENT AND I TRY TO SAVE THEM BY FINDING GREAT HOMES FOR THEM BEFORE CURRENT SHEPHERD PARENTS TAKE THEM TO THE SHELTER OR TO BE EUTHANIZED! UNION, OHIO OR WILLIAMSBURG, OHIO. EST 3-6 Y/O MALE GSD . His name is 'ZEUS '. Background: Zeus is with a foster right now who was volunteering at a shelter. Someone brought Zeus in as a stray, but the shelter had no room so this amazing volunteer brought him home to foster him until we can find him a great home. Zeus has no microchip and he is believed to have been abandoned and dumped at this point and ready to find his forever home. UNKNOWN on shots WITHOUT record, SO ASSUME NOT UTD. NOT Fixed. UNKNOWN with kids, but a very sweet guy, assuming he will do well. Good with dogs. UNKNOWN with cats. House trained. UNKNOWN Crate trained, the Foster leaves him out when left alone and he does have good behavior but he does whine and cry and jump up on door, but NOT destructive. No known medical issues. Currently on PURINA PRO PLAN food. Weighs 80 lbs. Good with car rides. Loves: Zeus loves balls. Loves toys. Loves stuffed plush toys. Loves going for walks. Loves playing with other dogs. Loves chilling on the couch. Loves being with his person. He loves following his person around everywhere. Zeus is currently in a foster home (as stated up above) and he is ready to find his Furever Home. He is very loyal. Follows his person around everywhere. He whines if he cannot see you, and this can also be a Trauma Response from being abandoned. It sounds like Zeus may have very common Abandonment Issues. He is very playful. He is such a good boy and he listens very well. He is very intelligent and knows Basic Commands. He has Good Recall. He is okay on the leash, but does pull. He is very lovable once he gets to know you. Zeus will thrive best in a home with someone that is home a lot to avoid his anxieties of Abandonment Issues.
