We adopted Polly at 6 months old, and for the past 7 %BD years, she has brought us immeasurable joy. She loves walks, exploring new places, being outside, toys, treats and car rides. She is easy-going and does not require a lot of exercise, is fully house/crate-trained, respectful of belongings and never begs for food. Unfortunately, Polly developed increasing aggression toward our elderly dog, despite being together many years. While training improved her aggression toward other animals, she has not improved enough to allow her to stay in our home. She has no issues at dog daycare, so negative interactions with strangers or animals are typically in the presence of her trusted owners (resource guarding). Polly has knee issues that we manage with therapy & supplements. In a home with no pets and no young children (pulling hair, etc.), a caring environment & basic discipline, she will thrive. We love her and want her to find a happy home. We will supply crate, toys and 6 months of food.
