About Izzy

Izzy, (Isabella) is beautiful, wonderful and full of joy and energy. She's 16 months old and weighs 50 lbs. She's a Blue Merle. She loves everyone. She loves walks, her ball machine, dog parks and catching her Frisbee and returning it. Her only problem is, she can be aggressive when it's grooming time ... trying to bite you. I still take her to the vet to have her nails trimmed ... but I'm getting closer to her letting me touch her paws ... she's getting there. I'm too old for her. I turned 70 this year and my ability to walk has gotten worse in the last year. If my dreams could be answered ... Izzy would go to a 2-person home (at least) with children or another dog. She would adore constant interaction with someone. But if you need a nap, just say, 'Izzy, lay down and take a nap.' ... and she will. I love her. I will miss her. My guess is ... it might take her awhile to adjust to a new and loving home but I believe it would be best for her. Thank you.
