BOTH PEOPLE AND DOG FRIENDLY SWEET, ADORABLE CHOW X OR SMOOTH COAT CHOW 'CHARLES' is at a REMOTE and VERY FULL SHELTER ASKNG FOR HELP, HE WILL BE EUTHANIZED FOR SPACE IF WE CANNOT FIND A HOME OR FOSTER & RESCUE. This dear boy came into the shelter as a stray and we have named him Charles. The shelter listed him as 5 years old and describes Charles as 'middle aged, 51 lbs, not fixed, very gentle. He does need eye care as they water nonstop, and he closes them often. Dog friendly a puppy even jumped all over him and he just went about his business. Good on leash. We are able to handle him no issues, check his teeth give vaccines and he never reacted badly, handled it all with grace.' The shelter can neuter him and we would seek to refer interested parties to adopt to a rescue to help with medical for his eyes and entropion surgery needed. We are desperately looking for a caring home, or foster and or rescue (again, please note rescue groups NEED fosters) to save Charles in time.
