About Alfie

ALFIE is a 1 year old, 8.1 pound Terrier mix that was surrendered by his owner due to a housing situation. He is a friendly boy who loves his people and adventure! ALFIE is an energetic little sweetheart! He does not like to be alone and would be so happy with someone who will take him everywhere. He would especially love an active family for outings, like hiking and boating. He has been kayaking with his foster mom and loved it! He loves to go everywhere with his person and attaches pretty quickly. He is always by his foster mom, unless he's playing with the other dogs, big or small! He was in a home with another little dog and he is not going to be happy without a furry friend in his new home. Alfie was not housebroken when he came in but his foster mom has worked with him and he's not had any accidents! It may take him a minute to get used to a new home and routine, but he seems to be potty trained now. A home with a fenced yard is preferred. At night he sleeps snuggled under the covers with his foster mom. Alfie has been to the vet for a wellness check, is up to date on shots, neutered, heartworm negative, has had a 12-month ProHeart heartworm prevention shot, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration.
