About Pip Squeak

PIPSQUEAK is a 1 1/2 year old, 7.1 pound Terrier mix. His owner couldn't take care of him, so she gave him to somebody else who's been trying to find him a home for a month. Pipsqueak is such a cutie! He is happy and friendly and enjoys being around his foster mom. He loves attention and cuddles and likes to lie on the couch with her. He is a fun little companion dog! Pipsqueak was a little shy and nervous in the beginning around all of the dogs at his foster mom's house, but now he has has adapted to the pack and found some playmates. His best buddy is a dog about his size and age and he would be happiest with another dog in his new home to play with. Pipsqueak has learned how to use a doggie door and is doing well with potty training, but does still occasionally mark in the house. He is ok on leash, a fenced yard is best for him. At night Pipsqueak sleeps in the bed with his foster siblings. He has been to the vet for a wellness check, is up to date on shots, neutered, heartworm negative, has had a 12-month ProHeart heartworm prevention show, and is microchipped of the lifetime registration. MORE about PIPSQUEAK: He doesn't really play with toys but he does like to chew on sticks. He enjoys playing fetch and chase with his doggy friends. We are a foster-based rescue located in Pensacola FL and adopt within a 6-hour drive to Pensacola. Local applicants will be given first consideration. Puppies, dogs with pending vet appointments and dogs with medical or behavioral issues are local adoption only. We review multiple applications for each dog and pick the best fit.
