He is neutered, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Winston is good with kids and dogs! He hasn't been tested around cats. He is housebroken and crate-trained. The owner is surrendering him because they are unable to care for him financially. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Winston, please contact the owner listed below.
