Little Boomer was pulled from a rural NC shelter hours before he was to be euthanized. He was a happy, playful pup and unfortunately was attacked by another dog while in temp foster. He is completely healed medically, but now he is somewhat fearful of other dogs and new people. We believe he will come around in time as he is warming up to his new temp foster, but we need to place him asap. Boomer is almost 2 years old and 35 lbs. He will make a great companion for the right person. I do not recommend a loud household or children to be around Boomer. He will do best in a quiet home where he can decompress and feel safe.
