From his owner, 'He is absolutely adorable, extremely smart, and sweet. He needs a chance with a family who can accommodate his special needs.' Vet Info: Owner says, 'Maverick was born with only one eye that I believe he is mostly blind in, he only responds to lights and shadows. Maverick is also deaf, but he is generally a healthy boy. UTD on vaccines. No HW test.' Dog Info: Owner reports: 'I'm in the military and work long hours that are sometimes unpredictable. I want Maverick to live in a home where he can have more attention and help as he maneuvers through life with these disabilities. He is a sweet boy that loves to cuddle and play. He is a very active puppy and needs a home where he can have more space.' Adapts well to outdoor environments, has anxiety in new indoor environments, and needs time to adapt. He did have an incident where a male dog was stealing his treats and antagonizing him so he snapped at the dog that was trying to start a fight with him.
