He loves going for walks and has no trouble keeping up. He would love to be your constant companion and spend his days keeping you company. Mr. Chips is gentle and calm and is the quintessential lap warmer. Mr. Chips has been fully vetted. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and microchipped.
