About Blue

I found this gentle giant a week ago. Never seen before by me or my neighbors and he appears to have been dumped on our street. I have 2 big dogs and work FT so can't be his home but I have visited him everyday at shelter. No chip no collar and I tact but shelter will neuter. I will gladly pay shelter fee and do what I can for someone who will.love and care for this stunning and loveable creature. He knows some commands like sit, shake, down and good on leash. Is very submissive and shows signs of abuse but very loving. Please please help him
