Amber is a delightful dog who truly deserves a loving forever home. We're not quite sure how this sweet girl ended up in an overcrowded rural shelter, but we knew we had to save her. Amber is a small shepherd mix, at just 40 pounds, with beautiful amber fur and golden eyes who is a dream on a leash, making walks a pleasure for both her and her humans. She adores socializing, whether it's with people (including children) or other dogs, making her the perfect companion for outings at breweries, parks, or any social event. Amber is not just friendly; she's also well-mannered. She rides great in the car, settles wonderfully in her crate, and is house trained. One of her favorite pastimes? Playing fetch!
