ID #A1210855 - NEEDS RESPONSIBLE HOME OR FOSTER AND RESCUE TO ADOPT TO SAVE HIS LIFE, IN HIGH KILL SHELTER WHO IS ASKING FOR HELP The Kern shelter reached out to us originally for another dog but told us about this lovely boy who is so deserving of a good home. The shelter fondly named him Kevin and estimates he is only 2 years young. His background is unknown, but he has been so calm around other dogs in the playyard, even after another dog went after him twice and Kevin did not even fight back. At 95 lbs, this big hunk in also a gentle giant and is now kenneled with three unrelated 8 week old puppies just under 9 lbs currently (we also have posted separately) since the shelter is so full, and he does so well. We have video to share. Shelter notes further state, 'walks well. Non reactive to cats. Friendly with handlers. Possibly potty trained. Friendly and social with other dogs. Attacked by another dog but never fought back. Tried to get away the whole time.' This wonderful young man was just neutered on 10/10 and is now ready to go home.
