About Journey

Journey is a wonderful dog, I took her in July 2024 from some people that just didn't treat her right they apparently kept her caged in a walk in closet for long periods of time she didn't even know to go outside and go potty. Since I have had her she's really turned out to be a fantastic loving hyper dog who will paw you to get you to pet her. She likes to bring her blankets out of her cage at bedtime, because I have several other dogs who don't all get along with each other I have to constantly switch them out. She adores playing fetch she loves playing with anyone and anything. She loves my 3 and 4 yr old grandchildren but because she gets the zoomies you might want to have older children so she doesn't knock them down by accident. I can't say enough good things about Journey she just wants to be loved and treated right I haven't seen an aggressive bone in her entire body. I think she just wants to be loved she was not treated right by her previous owner. She does have a tendency to pull while on her leash and she wants to chase the neighborhood cats but I almost think it's just because she wants to play but don't know for sure. All I can say is I have grown quite attached to her and if I was able to keep her I would but it's just not possible and it's not fair that I have to keep her caged and let the other dogs take turns I do let her around 3 of my dogs but they're old and they don't want to play and my other two I wouldn't trust to not attack her so I just switch them out constantly which is stressful to me and is getting difficult.
