Elle is a very special girl in need of a very special, patient, and loving home. Elle came from a puppy mill with very little body hair, an infected uterus, and very high anxiety. Fortunately, her hair has grown back, and she is nice and healthy. however, she still has trust issues with people. Her new home will need to be extremely patient as she learns to trust again. She will take treats from your hand, otherwise Elle will not approach. She does still like her own space and hasn't learned what cuddling is, but I'm hopeful that with the right people, she will come out of her shell. Elle loves being outside, laying in the sun. She likes to chase squirrels and say hello to all the animals and neighbors as they pass. Elle is not used to a leash at all, but has been joining us on our morning walks via doggie Bjorn and enjoys it. Elle loves food and treats, and it's been a joy to watch her become more relaxed in her surroundings. Elle is also still in the beginning phases of her potty training and because she is hard to get on a leash, must have a home with a fenced in yard. She often sleeps in the bedroom in her own bed or downstairs in her own bed. She is great at occupying herself but be careful! She has an eye for high fashion and can sometimes take and nibble shoes and socks, so be sure to stow your items away. Elle is a beautiful little girl that has been lucky enough to get a second chance at knowing what being a dog can really mean! ELLE is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. SHE is being fostered in COLUMBUS, OH and is available for an adoption fee of $350.00.
