About Tango

Meet Tango! Breed: standard poodle/vizsla mix. Age: est 8 months, est birthdate 2/2024. Weight: est 49lbs, we believe she will be about 60ish lbs when full grown. Training: crate and leash trained, sometimes need encouragement on the leash. He is doing well with supervised house training, but will need continued guidance as he has never lived in a home before now. Good with other dogs/cats? Yes, he LOVES other dogs. In fact, we believe he would do best with another canine companion in his new home. He doesn't mind cats. Good with adults/kids? Yes. Personality: He is a little shy at first, but once she warms up to you, he will follow you around and want your attention. He is playful with other dogs. Reason for rescue: breeder release, retiring. Tango would do best with a fenced yard and another dog in his home to show him the ropes. He has never known life without another dog, and he really looks to them for guidance. He has a lot of potential. He needs time, love, guidance, and patience to become the wonderful companion we know he is.
