Unfortunately, their owner passed away and through no fault of their own, these 2 are looking for a nice home. Both German Shepherds are very friendly and great with people, and both do well around other dogs. Teufel is incredibly sweet. She's 9 years old and has traditional black and tan Shepherd coloring. She's slow moving these days and won't be up for long hikes, but walks very well on a leash and would love to stroll her new neighborhood. She loves people and LOVES attention. She loves to play with toys and balls. Teufel could stand to lose a few pounds and is very much in need of a dental visit. Schwarz (which is German for 'black') is an 8-year-old solid black male German Shepherd. He's a very youthful 8 year old with no trace of silver on his muzzle. He's a bit aloof and very curious, walks great on a leash, and is more interested in looking at his surroundings than playing with toys. He's a little anxious when he's separated from Teufel and really pulls from her confidence. A meet and greet for potential adopters with pets in the home will be required. Both dogs will do best with calm dogs since they are older. They are not good with cats. Although both dogs could in theory be adopted separately, we would love to see them go together into a new home. A family looking for laid back, chill dogs would be the perfect fit for these 2 sweet dogs. �'��
