About Zelda

This is Zelda! She's 7 years old, her birthday is April 7th. She's a black lab/husky mix. She's a very good dog, but needs a lot of exercise. Unfortunately, I lost my job and have had to downsize my living area quite a bit from what I originally had her in, so she isn't getting the exercise she desperately needs these days. She's grown up around cats her entire life, she gets along with all of mine great. She also loves other dogs, she grew up around corgis but I no longer have them, they went with my ex. She knows quite a few tricks as well, but she listens a little better once she has burned off some energy. She's never chewed up any of my furniture, shoes, etc. BUT I've yet to find a toy other than a Kong she can't destroy. She does amazing with children, she absolutely loves to play fetch and just loves to run in general. She also LOVES water and will jump into any pool she sees, so she'd be a great swimming companion for summer days. This is an extremely difficult decision for me because I've had her since she was a baby, but she is just not thriving in my current living situation.
