Minerva is a shy & submissive young female German Shepherd that flooded any lost & found website for Cerritos Ca throughout the last few weeks of September, she was routinely spotted around Artesia Blvd & the 91 FWY until a kind citizen was able to contain her for an Animal Control Officer to pick up.
