About Hanson

While there's a continued debate on what mix Hanson is (some think miniature Corgi Basset Hound), there's no argument at the shelter that he's an adorable 30lb senior dog that needs help! Hanson was picked up by Animal Control Officers on 9/30/24 by Hudson Park after alerts of an elderly dog abandoned that can't walk. Aside from a deformed front right paw, Hanson arrived with severe arthritis in all his senior-man joints, along with some bad teeth & bad skin. The shelter's medical team is currently tending to Hanson's senior dog ailments, but one thing is clear... Poor Hanson needs a nice quiet comfy place to call home & enjoy his senior dog years. Hanson is house broken, loves spending time with people, very friendly & comfortable with other dogs, and LOVES taking in the sights from any form of transportation :P HI!
