She is a beautiful example of a Mississippi mud puppy! My elderly father is in a small rental. While visiting him I would catch glimpses of the mom and dad dog. I was told they are from some house down the road, or maybe a stray. Basically they belong to no one. Early one Friday morning I received a call from my father that he needed an ambulance to go to the hospital. While I was waiting for the ambulance on the driveway the mom and dad dog came out and started barking and snapping. After I was able to get my dad settled in the hospital I started making calls. The same response I heard over and over was to just shoot the dogs. I couldn't do that. So for 3 days my boys and I worked on the dogs getting to know us. When the dad and mom were hit by a car. We were able to catch 2 puppies. This beautiful girl and her sister Dobby. She is the sweetest little girl and loves to play as much as she likes treats! She is a great little guard dog, but likes meeting new people.
