Hello , I have a frenchie named Draco. He recently dislocated a disc from his spine and got paralyzed from both its back legs. I cannot afford surgery or a wheelchair or have time to express his bladder 4x a day and clean him up after every accident due to also me having a energetic 3 year old and is too much for me or him I was looking for a possibility of rehoming him or giving him to a shelter or up for adoption with better affordable owners before I have to put him down. Please help.
