About Twix

Meet Twix! Twix is a 1.5-2 year old spayed Aussie mix looking to achieve her full potential in a new home. I originally took her on as a foster from less than ideal circumstances and was going to keep her but decided against it. She is crate trained, house trained, handler focused, snuggly, quick with the obedience she knows, food driven, toy driven, convenient size, dog/cat friendly (does better with male than female dogs but lives with other females), has a great off switch, looks like a possessed stuffed animal, and is genetically clear by Embark! Cons is she is dog reactive outside the house but has been making great progress. She is not a fan of men/minor reactivity to people but is also doing good with that. Absolutely NO KIDS she cannot live in a home with children, maybe older teens but absolutely no younger kids she is terrified of them. She is fine in public for the most part but to live with them isn't possible. She has been making progress with her reactivity but isn't out of the woods yet and there's work to be done but I think she can come out at the other side with great potential for sports or as a fun pet.
