About Totino

Totino is a 1 year old male pup (43 lbs) living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a high energy boy who loves to go for walks, hang out with his dog friends at doggy day care, and chase all of his toys. He will also flop on his back and look to you for belly rubs and snuggles. He would do best in a home with a large yard and access to plenty of physical play. He would love to go for runs or have a job. He knows all of his basic commands and is crate trained. He does have limited experience with cats and children, but would love to have another dog to play with and keep him occupied. He is nervous around large men, and does have anxiety (don't worry he takes his doggy Prozac)! Totino's anxiety is heightened at the vet, and he has snapped at them when they tried to examine from behind. He is muzzle trained and has had many happy visits with the vet to help with his anxiety. He will need an experienced owner, and someone who has experience with anxious reactive dogs with a lot of energy. We are making this very vulnerable, heartbreaking decision to rehome due to the owner being older and not having the ability to keep up with Totinos energy levels or provide him with a fenced yard to run around in. We want our sweet boy to be loved and cherished by his forever home.
