Hello, Little Bear is 3yrs(+/-) perfectly house-trained, sits, comes and likes to be your shadow. He's extremely obedient about coming when I call and staying with us if I drop his leash. He is very smart and wants to please! I have no experience with the breed and how to train any more than what I've described. He loves people and affection! He likes kids but plays rough as heelers tend to do. He doesn't live with kids at the moment. He is current on vaccinations, flea/tick and heart worm prevention. He hasn't destroyed anything in the living room and that's where he stays when I'm at work or at night. I did kennel train him but I haven't put him in a kennel since I moved with him (2yrs). He has been with four other dogs and his best friend is a female pitbull. He obviously plays rough with the other dogs (being a heeler) but has gotten along-he's been a bit fearful of strange dogs but he doesn't seem to care about them when we go to the vet and are in the waiting room. He behaves really well at the vet. There were plenty of cats and horses at his previous home and he didn't seem to care about them either way. I started taking care of Little Bear because his previous owner was not. When I moved he came with me as the previous owner did not want to pay for caring for him. I've been having health problems and my income has greatly been reduced- I'm not able to provide the home he needs anymore. I'll be forced to surrender him to the pound at the end of the month. Because of overpopulation and the misunderstood stigma of this breed... he will be on the list for euthanasia %BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BDz. Thank you for your time and interest. Please help him find a home.
