Toulouse was rescued as a tiny kitten and has stayed with his current owner for his life. His owners mental health is declining and is unable to take care of Toulouse in his senior years. He is sweet and gentle but does not like dogs cause they are big and slobbery. He has a brother Oliver who is also up for adoption. They can be together but it is not necessary.
