About Priya

Priya is an amazing little girl. We found her crossing the street to walk over to us when we were unloading our groceries from the car. She was skinny and very hungry and thirsty. She approached us with such kindness in her eyes. Despite her situation her tail was wagging and she loved giving us hugs and kisses. She loves belly rubs and laying in your lap. She's such a sweet little girl and she deserves the world. After we took her to the vet to have her checked out, we found that she didn't have a chip that was able to be scanned. She got up to date on all her vaccines but unfortunately she tested positive for heart worms. She has started her treatment course. She currently takes medicine and will soon have her injections. Priya is such an amazing dog and anyone who has the opportunity to meet her will love her.
