About Alaska

Alaska is a blue heeler mix and very sweet dog and obedient. She understands several commands and loves cuddling and affection. She loves to run! Alaska needs a home where she can run on a farm because she has a lot of energy. Alaska has been an indoor dog for the past four years, so we would like to find her a home where she can run outside for hours while sleeping inside and spending a lot of time indoors as well. She was very well-behaved and very happy when we lived in a place where she could run every day. But we moved, and now there is no place for her to run. We are concerned that she is getting depressed, and she is now showing some signs of aggression due to the lack of exercise. If you are looking for a very sweet farm dog that is obedient and smart, Alaska is the dog for you! A side note is she not able to ride in vehicles because she gets very sick. We think this is due to her traumatic experience of being transported from Arkansas to New York with a lot of other dogs.
