About Foxtrot

Meet Foxtrot! He is a Border Collie/ Husky mix looking for his forever home. UTD on vaccines and heartworm/ flea treatment and neutered. Foxtrot is a highly playful 11-month-old pup. He is housebroken, mostly crate-trained, and great with dogs, cats, children and all! He adores people and packs alike, and we only crate when we are gone for work. Foxtrot's story: he was in a shelter as a baby. We suspect something happened to his mother before he was weaned, because he sometimes 'nurses' on a blanket with his eyes blissfully closed. Adorable! The first shelter was full, so he was transferred to a different one, where our son and his fianc�� adopted him. They promptly broke up (not because of Foxtrot! - he is amazing). Our son is having to move quickly and into an apartment that doesn't allow pets. The (now X ) fianc�� said she was going to take him to the pound. Foxtrot, not our son. Ok, maybe our son too. Anyway, we couldn't let that happen so our son drove Foxtrot from Kentucky to us in Missouri to foster him. Foxtrot is also fantastic in the car and a great traveler, btw. Now Foxtrot needs someone to love him big and forever! He is of course smart, (border collie), and a little dramatic (husky), but loves people and wants to be with someone like YOU!
