About Diesel

It is with a heavy heart that I make this post, but I can't change the world. I can, however, search for a solution to our problem. Our dog has become a prisoner in our home, so to speak. Due to many people in our neighborhood not wanting to take care of their animals and letting them run loose, along with people dropping strays off at a ridiculous rate, I'm unable to walk my dog in our own neighborhood without being approached and even attacked by another random dog. It has gotten both my dog's and my anxiety to an unhealthy point. We rent, so moving is not an option right now and honestly, I would have never adopted a dog if I had known this was an issue, but we are new to the area and weren't aware of these situations. I've called animal control multiple times, for multiple occurrences, but there isn't much they can do as the shelters are full and the problem is so overwhelming. That being said, I am looking for a home for my 3 1/2 yr old Belgian Malanois/German Shepherd. He is neutered and up to date on shots. He's great with kids and very protective. He knows a few commands and he's crate trained. I will send his crate and other items with anyone who is willing to give him a home. He doesn't chew or even like chew toys. His favorite toy is a tennis ball and he loves to play fetch. He is on a grain free diet due to his sensitive skin and I will give you the food we have left and let you know the brand we've been using.
