About Boogie

WARNING: Dog with recurrent (at least 8x) bite history. The bites mostly break skin and some have required ER visits for hand bites, facial bites of both male/female adult and one child. He quickly retreats, does not keep attacking. Mostly resource guarding. A significant amount of time/money has been invested into training and overall he has improved over the four years. But he is at times unpredictable. He is for 95% of the time a good dog. He loves affection (not while he is sleeping), chasing squirrels in a fenced yard, playing with toys and other dogs. He does NOT like leashed walks (scared), car rides (drooling, shaking), or grooming (attempts to bite, must use muzzle and sedatives). Bathing is ok. I would NOT let him on furniture or leave him unattended around children. He lives with a cat and sometimes will chase her and has scared her due to resource guarding.
