It is with a heavy heart that we are making the difficult decision to rehome our beloved 7-year-old Belgian Malinois. She is a sweet, intelligent, and energetic dog who has been a cherished part of our family, but we realize it's no longer fair to her as we are unable to provide the space and time she needs to thrive. She's well-cared for, up to date on all her vaccinations, and receives regular flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. She's had nearly two years of training and knows around 10 basic commands. She's wonderful with children, enjoys the dog park, and has never shown aggression towards other dogs or people. However, she's not fond of cats and would do best in a home without them. Despite our love for her, we've come to the realization that we can no longer contain her safely, as she's outsmarted every crate and even managed to jump our 6-foot fence. Her boundless energy and intelligence require more space and attention than we can give. She's not spayed and has never had puppies (we aren't interested in breeding), and she's had no health issues throughout her life. We are looking for someone who can give her the active, stimulating life she deserves. If you or someone you know can provide a loving home for her, please reach out. It breaks our hearts to do this, but we want what's best for her.
