About Pickle

Meet Pickle! Please share this post with your friends. Pickle kitty has had a very hard life thus far. We found her on the Tweetsie Trail thin, somewhat lethargic and covered in fleas. An allergic reaction to the flea bites caused a skin infection. We treated her for fleas and oral antibiotics so the skin condition has resolved. Her tail has been broken in two places but it is healed and doesn't appear to bother her. She is a playful, loving and incredibly sweet little girl who needs a forever home. When she is really happy, she makes biscuits (kneading with her front paws). She is a quick learner and has already learned to use the scratchy pad instead of furniture! The coloring around her mouth gives her a permanent smile. :) She is estimated to be about 1ish years old. Due to the initial skin infection the vet was unable to perform her spay or vaccinate her. Dr. Taber at Pinecrest veterinarian hospital, a cat specialist, said she has some fluid in her uteri so Pickle needs to be spayed as soon as possible. However, our funds have been exhausted. We are happy to report she is now a healthy little girl and ready for adoption. We are looking for a kind, loving and responsible home in which she can live indoors only.
