About Andie

Andie is approximately 11 yrs old. She is my late mother's dog that I took in. She tests Heartworm positive about 3 months ago and has completed a round of meds and is on monthly topical for Heartworm, flea/tick and dewormer. Current on vaccinations. She likes being outdoors in warm weather and spending time inside during inclement and cold weather. She loves her winter jacket. She walks on leash and rides in the car well. She does require a fenced area when outside. Fence with at least 2x4 squares or chain link do her little body doesn't fit through. Currently lives with me and my three large dogs who are a little rough sometimes. They do get along and she is good with cats. Not reliable around chickens, ducks or other farm birds. Good with children too. Andie is in need of an easy going home that will love her just as much as my mother did and spoil her with home cooking and an egg cracked over her dry food.
