ROWDY is super smart and loving . He requires a good sturdy fence. Akitas have high energy and needs room to run and stimulation . He is 2 years old . His owner did not spend anytime with him. He was locked in a kennel and food thrown on the ground. No attention to this baby. Owner didn't want to buy anymore food so they locked him out of the fence . He cried and cried to come in.
