Meet sweet Atlan! This adorable boy is very kennel stressed in Charlotte's overcrowded shelter which puts him at risk. He has also resorted to harming himself due to the level of distress he is experiencing. We are desperately looking for a foster or adopter for this sweet boy so that we can get him to safety. He is a little on the timid side but he is so much happier out of his kennel.
