Volunteer Favorite Ramsey is slowly recovering from severe upper respiratory infection but still having a hard time adjusting to shelter life. Ramsey is clearly used to the #SocialLife with people, sadly he's routinely seen whining/crying in the corner when people walk away after interacting within him in the kennel. Ramsey is a friendly senior German Shepherd that was picked up by Animal Control Officers on 8/30 as a stray. Ramsey arrived very underweight with a very dirty an unkempt coat, it was not only extremely coarse from dirt but had embedded rocks & foxtails stuck within his fur with alopecia starting to set in on the back half of his body.
