About KC

KC came from our local shelter under the name Scrappy. He was found in a hot car by a shelter worker and surrendered. We have had several Pits before, so we were excited to have a new addition. He was calm, quiet, and sweet at first, sleeping alot and very sweet. We have a rescued female as well. They are the best of friends and she actually sleeps on top of him. However, during the day, he just won't leave her alone. Her behavior has changed due this. We cannot separate them due to space. Now, we are facing a serious health issue and surgery. It will be a long recovery with more surgery possible again soon. He would be an amazing only companion, loves to play catch, and loves affection. He has lots of energy and wants to please. He has really taken to the commands of sit, sit and wait (for his food dish to be filled), and is an all round great dog that needs more attention and exercise than we can give for the foreseeable future. Please give this great guy a home. We thought we were his 'forever home', but it is not to be. He is a gorgeous brindle and white, and a happy dog! He is healthy and lovable.
