About Ellie

Ellie came to Safe Haven for Animals as a scared, one-eyed momma cat to a litter of four kittens. Her kittens have all been adopted, and Ellie would be a wonderful forever pet in a quiet, calm household. Even though Ellie is very petite, she is extremely food motivated, probably due to having to survive as a young pregnant homeless cat. When it is feeding time, she is always waiting eagerly for her meal and likes to help our volunteers by cleaning up other cats leftovers. :-) She enjoys head pets, ear scratches and brushing of her soft, gorgeous coat. Her tail elevator works better than any other kitty in our shelter.
